Bellator 52 Results and Recap: Prindle and Hayes Score Upsets, Ivanov and Sparks Dominate

Bellator 52 took place in Lake Charles, Louisiana tonight. The night marked the start of the season five heavyweight tournament with each participant gunning for a shot at $100,000 and a Bellator heavyweight title shot at champion Cole Konrad.

The opening round of action was marked by two upsets by Eric Prindle and Mike Hayes and two dominant performances from Blagoi Ivanov and Ron Sparks.
