Nick Diaz Fighting Against NSAC Suspension

Following his controversial UFC 143 defeat to Carlos Condit back in February, welterweight firebrand Nick Diaz tested positive for marijuana metabolites. Though he had announced his intention to retire post-fight, Diaz is now formally petitioning the Nevada State Athletic Commission's assertion that he tested positive for a banned substance.
